1992 rear wiper motor removal 200 1992

My rear wiper motor is very noisy. I tried to remove it but it was so difficult to access it bolts holding it in palce. It there a simple way? What is causing it to be so noisy? Can it be oiled? I would appreciate any tips on removing the motor, I have both a replacement.
