95 960 Code Mystery 900

Hey all, I have a 95 960 sedan with a mystery code. When i start the car, it stumbles, and I have to rev it to keep it going. Once I am going, no problems, but each time I start, the same problem. I checked the ecu codes, and it responds with 3 long, and 3 short flashes from plugging into socket 1. This is odd because it is suppoised to give a 3 digit response. I reset the ecu, and drove, and the same problem and code materialized.

The only service I have done is change the oil, patched a slight hole in the exhaust pipe just by the catalytic converter, and had a new battery installed. I need your help guys, not sure what's causing this!
