Bulb out relay driving me cazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 200

I replaced this relay allso left taillight,check all tail lights and front lights.None are out? the same problem,No problem with out lights,as soon as I turn on park/head lights.I get the bulb out light on the dash,what do I need to check next????? This is on a 91 240.
