Cam and head K-jet vs D-jet 120-130

Are K-jet heads and D-jet B20 heads different? Can I easily put D-jet injectors on a K-jet head.

And how does the K cam compare with the D cam? I am trying to put my megasquirt stuff on a K-jet engine.
