B230F Regina doesn't start too well after sitting overnight 700 1992

The '92 Regina Wagon took about 4 sets of 3-5 second cranks to get started after sitting overnight. This is unusual for this car.

Fuel pressure at the rail is good after replacing the in tank fuel pump/sender. Plenty of pressure at the rail.

What about the timing on these ? There is no coil on this model, more like a "module" - mounted on the firewall on the passeneger's side.

I just and I mean Just replaced the Cap and Rotor.

Usually, taking a few attempts to start indicates the timing is not right on the money.

It's about 25 F degrees out, not terribly cold. The TB is spotless - cleaned it about 2 weeks ago. Just before the fuel pump replacement, the cap & rotor and the new fuel filter. All done within the last two weeks.

Think the timing may be off a bit ?
