Whining From Right Side While Moving 200 1992

I have a 92 240 with 150,000 miles. Recently I noticed a "whining" sound from the right while moving. The sound winds down when you stop. I do not get the whining all the time, just occasionally. It sounds like the remote rear view mirror would sound if you pushed down on one of the contrl buttons.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
