I've traced a no-start to the Hall sender in my distributor, as everything else tests good. Decided on a used one from the Pull-A-Part, as it's the least expensive and quickest fix.
But never in my life have I had greater difficulty removing a distributor. Having pulled, turned, pried and cursed for over an hour, I gave up--utterly defeated.
What tricks, pray tell, have my fellow Boarders used for getting these units out? I was only able to raise the thing about one-eighth of an inch...
Thanks all,
Brendan.
