Hi all

I had the brake cylinders and brake shoes checked last weekend. The front left cylinder is leaking ever so slightly (Brake fluid drip on inside of the left rubber cover of cylinder).
Obviously i will be changing it. The mechanic says its ok to drive with, though i have noticed the brake fluid going down very slowly. There was no brake fluid in the shoe area anywhere though.
Could i be losing fluid from somewhere around the Master cylinder area. How do i look at it. do i need to get underneath the car to see. If i pump the brakes really hard, should i see brake fluid coming out somewhere around the master cylinder area.
There is no loss of fluid from the bleed nipples or the brake hoses or anywhere on the metal brake lines.

Help me out people.
