94 940 NA Bosch With EGR - Confused About Oxygen Sensor 900

Hello. I'm really confused about which oxygen sensor to install on my 94 940 NA (Bosch with EGR.) Looking at FCP Groton it looks like I would use part number 13380 described as:

"Direct Fit Oxygen Sensor fits 94-95 Models. Will only work on cars with Bosch Fuel Injection. Will NOT work on cars with Regina Fuel Injection ($229.00)"

Looking at IPD USA, it looks like I would use part number WS13378 described as:

"940 1994-95 B230 oxygen sensor WS13378 $199.00"

OK, so the only difference should be price. I then looked at TheVolvoSite and they had 3 that look applicable:

940 1993-1995 Oxygen Sensor with EGR (part no. 9135621, $255.00)
940 1994-1995 Oxygen Sensor (part no. 9135793, $254.00)
940 1994 Oxygen Sensor (part no. 9135795, $123.00)

With these sensors, FCP Groton is the only site that clearly identifies Bosch vs. Regina systems. TheVolvoSite identifies Bosch vs. Regina on some, but not the 3 I listed above that sound relevant to my car.

Obviously I'd like to buy the $123.00 one instead of one of the $200+ ones... (Why would TheVolvoSite separate out the 1994 940 when everyone else groups 1994 and 1995 together, and is that 1994 940 for Regina or Bosch??? Also, why is TheVolvoSite the only one that brings up the EGR valve on the Oxygen Sensors?) If anyone can help me sort this out I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
