It figures. I'm very careful not to over tighten my Lugs. I got the car inspected a while ago and today when I went to put the Snows on the rear I noticed the it was tough to get the Nuts off and tough to get them started. It was dark so I didn't look to see if it's the Studs or the Nuts but I would like to Chase the threads with a Tap and a Die.

Would Volvo be smart enough to make the Nuts a weaker material then the Studs? It would be nice if just the Nuts are slightly humped up. I didn't take the time to try a nut from the other wheel.
