Bosch or Regina fuel injection? 700

How can I tell if my 1990 740 GL is Bosch fuel injection or Regina fuel injection. Also, I don't see an AMM like the 016 that I have in my 92 240. There is a cylinder type thing with a plug going into it where The AMM is in my 240. Any help appreciated.
