Volt gauge and fuses 200 1984

Hello,

Today I wired in a volt gauge, and tried to connect it to fuse 14, as it seems to be the one to use for the accessories. The issue is that it looks like that fuse isn't connected to the battery and has no power. The only other place I found was on an available connector on fuse 12. All the other available spades provided constant power so the volt gauge was always on. It seems to work alright on fuse 12 (is that an ok location?). The problem is I intended to use that available connector for the power window relay as I will be installing power windows soon.

What do you guys think would be the best solution to this? Can I splice the power window relay and the volt gauge on that same connector? Do I need to find another one for the volt gauge?

Currently in accessory position my volt gauge shows about 12, then after starting the car it jumps to about 14, if the gauge is linear...

Thanks!
