the car shudders several times while waiting at the light,the select lever for the heater seems broken so I cannot select defrost and one part of the instument lights seems out I cannot read the speedometer past 60 [probably a sign not to go there]....the shuddering seems the most urgent problem as I am worried about it passing emissions...any suggestions ,Kris
