K-Jet throttle body cleaning question. 200

82 GL, I checked the search for this and turned up nothing. I don't want to take off the intake manifold or the throttle body so I was wondering if I can take off that rubber boot that is below the throttle body and spray the crap off of it? I don't know if you guys know what Im talking about but it that boot that connects to the throttle body and is about 6 to 7 inches tall and gets fat at the bottom. I am changing the vac lines this weekend and I was going to kill two birds with one stone while I was under the hood. If I can just take that off and catch the crap with a rag that would be great. Any info would be great, thanks guys.
