OOOH Crud! 200

Okay, technically, this engine isn't in a 240, call it a bit of a "psychotype" engine based on a B230F block. If we all recall, there is a roughly 1/2 inch NPT threaded hole in the block for the oil pressure sensor. Well, I set it up with a threaded brass tube and a "T" to feed the oil pressure sensor and er, uh, something else. Unfortunately, the threaded brass rod has snapped off in the ol' cast iron block in a rather flush fashion.

Any thoughts on how to get the threaded part out of the block without pulling the engine? Sorry, only have 4 inches between the snapped off piece and the fender well.

So far, jambing a short screw driver in it and turning hasn't worked (bummer). Half tempted to heat it to the point that the brass starts to melt.... Any input will be greatly appreciated!

Thoughts?

ps. Putting this engine in took 10 days, don't want to think how long it would take to get it out and back in!
