Poor idle on start-up 200 1978

I recently picked-up a 78 245. This poor vovo sat in a field for six years with no attention. After a little love it now runs like a charm. The only problem is during start-up it chugs for about five seconds and cleans out and then runs fine. I've even driven the car from Colorado to Nebraska a few times with no problems. The start-up chug is driving me nuts. Any info would be great.
