no voltage at in tank fuel pump fuse..

i have a 1985 240, i stored it for a couple of months.. and when i went to go start it back up it just cranked and no start. i checked the voltage to the in takn fuel pump and there was no voltage.. there is voltage to the in-line fuel pump. i tried replacing the fuel pump relay and still nothing.. anyone have any ideas?
