I have a 1993 240 wagon that has sprung a leak in the lower steel tube of the rack and pinion. Too much road salt has rusted it out.

Anyone know of an after market source to buy just the steel replacement tubes?

I haven't had much luck locating a supplier on the web.

Second, do you think can they be replaced without dropping the rack?
