Sunroof Problem - how to adjust rail? 900

My sunroof is tilted, the right side is about a half inch lower than the left side. I went through the FAQ and removed the motor and the liner so I've got access to everything and I see that one rail is about a half inch different than the other one.

How do I actually adjust the rail? Does it involve working in the area where the motor is, or on the rails themselves?
