Seat Stutter 900

The seat in my 95 960 stutters as it slides. I sprayed grease on the strack and gear, but this did not make much difference. To reach the memory setting, i have to push the button five or more times. With each press, it completes a part of the journey to the memory setting! Track is not blocked, fuses are fine, moves in all directions. Any ideas???
