Replacing middle seat belt-945 900

For some reason, a previous owner cut the middle seat belt on our recently purchased 945T. Does anyone know what is involved in replacing this belt? It retracts into the seat back and is anchored by a Torx bolt under the cushion. It looks as though you can take the seat back apart, but I've never attempted this on a wagon.
