no sparks, hall effect transistor 700 1987

I have a 1987 700 series Volvo, with no spark. I exchanged everything in the "sparkchain", coil, power stage, computer, at the end I arrived to the distributor, resp. to the hall effect transistor underneat the distributor. I do not have the plate with the transistor, and I do not know where can I buy one. Can I buy only the transistor? Any idea???? Thanks Gabriel
