Bizarre hesitation 200 1989

On the way to work this morning the engine dies.
I crank it up, and it starts up and then dies again.
A minute later, I start it up and it's fine and runs like a champ.
On the way home, the engine sputtered twice again but within a second
continued running. Since I was moving with a Manual, I barely lost a beat.
The car has no other issues. Runs great.

This is really making me nervous.
Any ideas on what is going on here? Could it be bad gas? FPR?
Bring it on...No idea is too wild.
