Some questions on the EZ-117K 700 1988

this is for a B230F with LH 2.2

anybody know if the ignition module gets input from the temperature sensor ?
it seams the faq says so but i don't see a wiring connection in the diagrams.
so i guess there is no temperature related timing right ?

also is there an error code for non functioning knock sensor or any other way to test it?
