My 1990 240 is finally starting to show clear coat pealing on the roof. The car has 260K on it, and hopefully will go another.

Has anyone had success over time with MACCO.

My thoughts are remove as much as possible when I drop it off, like tail lights, and side front lights.

I do have the black tape under the door windows, I'd want to remove this, and paint over. Any suggestion on removing? hot air gun? Sanding?
