89 240 wouldn't start, slamed the pasenger door and it started rite up! 200 1989

Hello, I have a 89 240 I bought a few weeks ago, Yesterday I tried to start it and it wouldn't start. It would turn over but, wouldn't fire up. I had a 85 740 before and I remembered one time it wouldn't start and someone said to slam the pasenger door. On that car it ended up being the ecu in the kick panel. What do you guys think it could be with this 89 240, fuel pump relay, is the ecu on that side also?
