240 no idle and no throttle 200 1989

I am working on a 1989 volvo 240. When I start the car, it starts fine and idles up. But when idling back down, the vehicle wants to cut off, and when giving it gas, it backfires, and wont take gas. Found codes of 1-2-1 and 1-1-3
lean fuel trim, and no signal from air mass. pin test check ok, and tried air mass. still the same. I would be greatful for any info
