running rich no start 700

I have a 88 745 wich is running rich. Lots of black smoke and rough idle at speed. Pulled the injector rail and it looks as though all 4 injectors are firing at the same time. Plugs are wet and a weak spark.
I have gone through the FAQ and replaced the amm, iac, co sensor, knock sensor, power stage, etc, and the fuel pump was making a chirping noise so I changed it as well. Now it turns over but won't run. Any suggestions before I give up and take it to a shop? Thanks, Doug
