poor start up cold and warm 700 1984

I have a 760 turbo and it has a hard time starting. It starts then stalls unless I pump the throtle, and keep the rpms up. Then once it warms up it will idle. If it is shut off it will do the same thing for a second. It also seems like it is running rich. Please help......
