Horn stopped workin 700

My horn suddenly quit the other day when I tried to use it to warn someone who was backing out of a parking space without looking. She bumped me, then got angry that I had not seen HER.

Anyway, the fuse is intact, and I'm wondering if anyone has other suggestions for how to repair a non-functioning horn.
