New problems: No horn/wipers & headlights go out on highs, no blower... 200

problem #1: No horn or wipers, the fuse is good. There is a junkyard horn in there. where do i start?

problem #2: When i bink on the high beams, the headlights go out.

problem #3: no blower for the fan - again, fuse good.

5 days to the show!
