Too rich on acceleration....failed emission test 200

Hi,
My state, Wisconsin, gave me a graph showing the exhaust gases throughout the drive cycle (idle, acceleration, cruising, deceleration, back to idle). The problem with my 1989 (non-turbo) 240 is that the CO%, HC, and NOx spikes way too high upon any acceleration. At any other point in the drive cycle it is within emission specs. Any ideas on what parts I might need to test or replace.
