Horn switch removal? 700 1985

One of the horn switches in my steering wheel seems to have lost its spring and tends to make the horn blow spontaneously.
How can I remove the switch to repair/replace it?

Strangely when it blows, the rear wiper (wagon) operates. I have a gremlin!
