Leaking coolant from the heater contol valve? 900

I think that's where it is leaking. I am dumping and i mean dumping coolant, the ends of the hoses seem tight. It is a mushroom shaped plastic piece that has a vacuum line attached to it. It was just replaced a year ago it seems, but could this be my problem? I am sure it is leaking coolant from that area.
