Brake Junction Box question 200 1981

Hi there. Sorry if this question has been posted and answered in the past; I'm using my Blackberry to find the answer and the search results don't format correctly on my Blackberry browser.

Anyway, here are the symptoms I am currently experiencing:
* Bulb failure light comes on very briefly when I step on the brake pedal.
* Brake fluid leaks from the junction box. I can't really see where it's leaking from, but the copper brake lines are all tight and dry.

Does this mean that my junction box is going out or it's just the switch? Car still brakes fine as long as I keep that reservoir filled. Brake lights come on without problems too.

If its the junction box, am I better off getting new / reconditioned from FCP or is a junkyard unit OK as long as it looks good, etc.?

Thanks for your help!

Bryant
