Please help me: I am driving a couple hundred miles tomm and just today, the volvo began making a clicking sound that i could actually feel coming from the driver side front of the car. the clicking sounds and feels like a quick snap as the wheel rotates and appears only every so often, usually when i am braking or coasting, but has also occured as I was speeding up.

I have had muffler problems before but it did not feel as though it was bumping against the body. I cannot see anything physically wrong underneath the car.

I will be driving my sister and I need to know if it is safe to drive the car a long distance. The clicking has become more frequent and longer in duration over time.

Please help me
