Please HELP

I am in dire need of a VDO IAC valve for a 91 Volvo 740 with the Rex/Regina ignition system.

I believe it is Volvo part # 1389 557 and VDO part # 408.202/008/005

If someone has a spare one laying around in working order please let me know what it would cost to have it sent to Hamilton Ohio.
