Rear seats for 1997 940 wagon 900 1997

Anyone know if the rear seat (not rear-facing kiddy seats) from a 1998 V70 fits the last of the 940 wagons? I know there was a change in the 940 wagon and pre 95 does not easily fit the post 95!
