steering wheel noise 200

I have a issue with the steering wheel in my 1990 240 wagon. When turned right, especially when stationary or at low speeds it makes a grinding or squeaking noise . When turned left it does not make any sound . The power steering fluid was flushed 8-9 months ago, It did not make any difference. It does not leak as well .
What are your suggestions?
