Fuel pump relay question 200 1993

After reading about fuel pump relay failures - and the catastrophies that follow, I decided to order a new one for my '93 240 wagon. The original has lasted thus far - but why push my luck now that I know what can happen !!!
My Bentley manual shows it in/under the dash on the far left but doesn't show how to get in there. Does anyone know where I can get some instructions on how to change this part ? Thanks
