a/c conversion 200 1981

I have been advised by indy shop that they don't want to do anything with existing a/c system. It has the york compressor, but the two bottom mounting studs are missing. They said I would be better off getting a rotary compressor to put in.

The question(s) I have are these:

1. Other than the compressor itself, what other parts are required to make this swap work?

2. The plan is to go to 134a refrigerant, are there any parts that should not be pulled from a donor car (if available) if donor was an r12 car?

3. How much time will this type of project take? I will not be doing any recharging myself.

Thanks,
Jeff
