IPD gt sways and suspension 200

I'm planning on buying some IPD sways. On the website they advertise 25mm front /25mm rears for the Gt. I plan on lowering my car with the IPD springs later i the future, but since I am a college student, money is harder to come by, so i am waiting on the springs.
(if anyone has either lowering springs or sways they want to sell, that'd be nice =])
The sways are advertised to fit on lowered 240's. Would I be able to still fit them on my stock 240?

Also, would it be recommended that i swap out any other parts of my suspension, besides the bushings?
