my brick is about shot what are some options? 200

it appears my brick is about shot. needs struts, coilsprings, a/c needs fixing, needs seats, and a whole bunch of stuff. also a bearing is goin in the trans i think caz i can hear it from somewhere in the rear. cosmetic issues on the outside!! should i run her till she pukes?? has 230000!!
