Stalling problem 200 1989

Just aquired an 89 244. Problem with stalling when hot. When starting first time in morning starts fine, after that have to pump gas repetedly to get it to run, Usually runs and idles fine, but occasionally will stumble, and sometimes die. Any ideas? Thanks
