Water leaking from heater box 120-130

Hi all,

We are experiencing lots of rain in Johannesurg, SA and over the passed few runs in the rain, i noticed water leaking from the heater box on the inside.
The windscreen is not leaking neither is it radiator water.
I verified the leak by pouring water in through the fresh air vent and after a while, i could see water dripping from the split in the heater box.
Now there is a little drain pipe that supposed to get rid of the water, so maybe the pipe is blocked?

Any suggestions?
