240 Shuts Off when in complete stop......¿?

We have an 84 DL 240, non turbo, 90,000 original miles and lately when we come to a complete stop the car shuts off completely and then we turn it back on and the car runs like nothing happened..it is an every now and then thing, but we don't want it to get worst. This baby run like a CHAMP!!! like all 240's of course!!! :)The car its in immaculate conditions and we want to keep it that way, all services have been done at Dealer. All comments will be GREATLY appreciated!!!
