Help W/ E.G.R. Removal 25mm wrench needed 700

Hello all I have developed a problem w/ my 92 745T it is in need of all P.C.V. components replaced. The problem is that the egr valve is in the way of the oil separator, and I cant remove the washer/nut holding it to the bracket. I am in need of a 25mm wrench to remove this washer/nut. I have not been able to locate this wrench at any store in the Sonoma county of California autozone, napa, sears, smother's , kragen, and harbor freight. So is it possible to remove the oil separator from the car without moving the egr? Also is it possible to remove that washer/ nut from the egr without a 25mm wrench, with what? Thanks in advance .
