Wheel stud replacement 200 1992

Broke off 2 wheel studs last night. I've read all the stuff about grinding the stud's head to get it through because of the ABS sensor disc.
I guess what needs to be done will be obvious when I tear off the caliper and rotor. Bentley manual is useless here.
Has anyone used the Auto-Zone wheel stud?
