(rear?) brakes squeal when hitting the pedal in reverse 200

A few months back I installed new pads and rotors all the way around. After, when I am backing up and hit the brake, I hear a squealing sounds which sounds as if it is coming from the rear. I never hear this sound when the car is moving forward. Thank you for the help!
