slight dimming of lights 200

OK Iv had alot of question on the electical side of my '89 240. Heres an other: when I have the head lights on and use the power window or apply the breaks the dash and head lights dim ever so slightly but its a dimming none the less. When I release the pedal they return to "normal". Now I notice this problem BEFORE I put in my stereo and amps(Which are now total disconected for the time being).
Like I'v said in earlier posts I have a "new" 100amp alt from kragen. The battery came with the car ( I'v had the car for about 3 months). It starts the car fine and holds a charge after sitting for days.
Is this "dimming" a normal thing? Iv cleaned all ground and conection that i could find and added 4G wire ("big 3"). Sould I be concerned?! Thanks
